About check-in and check-out
- Please tell me the check-in is possible
- The hotel check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm. If you check-in later than 10pm, extra 1,000 yen will be charged.
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- I am sorry, but you can not keep your luggage before check-in or after check-in. As we are located 2 minutes on foot from Maruyama Park Metro Station, please use the coin locker in the.
- Is there a staff on the check-in counter?
- Basically, the staff is waiting during check-in time. Sometimes, we will ask you to check-in by the tablet without the staff. Details will be sent by confirmation e-mail.
About access
- Is there a parking lot?
- I'm sorry. There is no parking lot in our hotel. In case you wake up by car, we ask that you use the neighboring coin parking. ※ 24 hours maximum charge about 1,200 yen

About payment
- How can I pay?
- We ask for advance payment by credit card or PayPal. If you can request in advance, bank transfer (※), or even cash on the day, so please contact us. * Please pay the commission by transfer.
- Please tell me about cancellation fee.
- 3 days prior to the cancellation: 50% of the accommodation fee.
If canceled on the day or no show: 100% of the accommodation fee.
